About Me
James qualified as a solicitor in 2001 at Wimbledon based practice Peacock & Co. He then moved to an international law firm spending 4 years in their offices in Sao Paulo, Brazil and then was based in their London offices. He subsequently moved to Oxford to work for a leading regional firm for a number of years and then moved to become head of company and commercial at a practice based in London before joining Spratt Endicott.
James specialises in domestic and cross border mergers and acquisitions. He also regularly deals with business asset sales, corporate finance work, shareholders agreements, joint ventures, investment agreements, and commercial contracts such as distribution agreements and agency agreements.
