About Me
Samantha has worked in the legal sector in both private and legal aid roles since 2013.
She attended Staffordshire University where she completed both her Law Degree, attaining a 2:1 grade, and the Legal Practice Course, attaining a Distinction grade. Following completion of her studies Samantha undertook her training contract at a local Banbury Firm and qualified as a Solicitor in 2018.
Samantha deals with: –
Freehold sale and purchases;
Leasehold sale and purchases;
New build properties;
Help to Buy ISAs and Help to Buy Equity Loans;
Transfers of equity; and
Re-mortgages.
Samantha prides herself on providing a high level of customer care to her clients during a time which can be quite stressful for clients. She enjoys being a part of both clients first steps on to the property ladder or their next property venture.
Samantha is an avid reader and also enjoys, baking, cinema and spending time with her family and friends.
