Samantha is an Associate Solicitor in the Banbury office Residential Property. She has over 4 years conveyancing experience in a range of residential matters including residential purchases/sale (both freehold and leasehold), shared ownership and new build properties, transfer of equity and remortgages.
Samantha prides herself on providing a high level of customer care to her clients during a time which can be quite stressful. She enjoys being a part of both clients first steps on to the property ladder or their next property venture!
Samantha joined SE-Solicitors in August 2020 and is an active member of the firm’s Social Committee. She is the IT Champion for her department, helping to implement firm wide changes.
Samantha attended Staffordshire University, completing her Law Degree with 2:1 grade. Following completion of her studies Samantha undertook her training contract at a Johnson & Gaunt Solicitors and qualified as a Solicitor in 2018. Prior to joining SE-Solicitors, Samantha was a Residential Property Solicitor at Brethertons Solicitors.
Outside of work Samantha is an avid reader and enjoys spending time with her family, friends and spoiling her dog Bonnie.
