About Me
Karen joined Spratt Endicott in June 2021 as the head of the residential property team in Bicester. She is a qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer 2010, having worked in conveyancing since 1998. Prior to joining Spratt Endicott Karen was head of the conveyancing practice for midlands-based Josiah Hincks Solicitors, she previously spent 15 years working in Banbury and Bicester as an Associate and Conveyancing Executive.
Karen advises clients on a broad range of property transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity, right to buy, and plot purchase. She also has significant expertise in more niche and complex matters such as unregistered titles, shared ownership, Declarations of Trust, Deeds of Easement, Overage Provisions, and Statutory Declarations.
Outside of work Karen enjoys baking and running.
